I’m here today with a few of my holiday freebie makes!  Have you seen all of the free patterns that have been released this past week?!  There’s quite a few out there this year from various companies,  but I only had the time to sew up a handful.  There are so many generous designers though!

First up is the Slouchy Headwarmer from Patterns for Pirates – it converts from a headwrap to a half hat to a full hat too.  This one is probably my favorite this year!  Sooooo quick to sew up but such a cute result.  I’ve already sewn four, including two gifts.  They’re great for both outerwear and inside wear when you need to make your 3 day old hair look good. 😉

Second from P4P, these are designs to conveniently label the back of your garments, in case you’re like us and can be a little less than discriminating when trying to put on your clothes.  Or, there’s a few other designs too in case you just want to make the size, etc.  Cut files and PDFs are included.

Lastly, I sewed up a 3″ Sydney Sailor Bow from Made for Mermaids.  There’s three size options (this is the smallest) so you’re covered no matter who you’re sewing for.  These are normally intended for babies/kids, but with neither of those around, I couldn’t resist sewing one for myself. 😉  I actually love how it turned out and am planning to make one to match my Christmas outfit.  Because why not?!?

Made for Mermaids has 12 (!!!) freebies they released this year.  Most are kid oriented, so if you have kids or kids to sew for, you’re gonna want to get your hands on those.
