The following polices are outlined for clothing orders placed with Stitching and Making:

• Current turnaround time: 1-2 weeks per item
• Current accepted payment method: Paypal
• All orders must be paid before custom work will begin and/or shipment.
• All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
• Non-custom order can be exchanged or returned up to 14 days after purchase.
  • The buyer assumes shipping costs for returns and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be given once we receive the item via mail in the original undamaged condition.
  • Once received in perfect condition, a refund will be returned in the form it was received within 24-48 hours.
• Orders are shipped using the lowest shipping method available, and you will be given a tracking number to track your package via the USPS.com website.
  • If your package is not received in the time expected, please contact the USPS with inquiries.
  • Delivery can be delayed during federal holidays as well so keep that in mind when ordering.
  • All other shipping issues, please contact us directly.
  • Be sure you put the correct mailing address on your order. If order was shipped to wrong address by fault of the buyer, buyer must pay for shipping to new address.
